RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
At Sweet Designs Pets we aim to have our customers be completely satisfied with their purchases and will provide refunds according to Australian Consumer Laws. (i.e. we will provide a refund if an item is faulty, wrongly described). If the item is faulty, you can choose between a full refund or exchange. (Please note this excludes Sale items).
To submit a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with details of your purchase. We will ask you to supply images to illustrate the fault. Please also keep all packaging and boxes to help us make a claim if necessary.
Great love & care has been taken to ensure your item arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is in original packaging & is undamaged.
If you're entitled to a refund you will receive it via the same method that you purchased item (i.e. if you paid via paypal, your refund will be via paypal).
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you are not happy with a product, we may decide to offer a exchange at our discretion. Please note that if this is the case you will be required to notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and the cost of returning the item to us will be at your own expense.
No shipping/postage will be reimbursed by Sweet Designs Pets and we will not be held liable if the items/s is not received by us. If/when the item is received by us, it must be in its original condition and suitable for resale, or no exchange will be granted.
Please note Sweet Designs Pets reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
